Canada - If anyone missed last week's column, the SPACE channel has discontinued its Doctor Who airings. The final scheduled installment was The Sontaran Experiment episode 2. This leaves Canada without a domestic station airing Doctor Who, although NHPTV, KTCA, PPTV, and KSPS* provide Doctor Who to at least some Canadian households. Tom (Sloth) is winding down his Doctor Who page for SPACE -http://www.hwcn.org/~an933/spacedw.htm and shifting his focus to a history of the Audio- Visuals and other new projects. Here's hoping another station picks up the show soon. |
